Exceptional staff made our stay memorable

The hotel staff went above and beyond, especially at the concierge desk. They provided excellent local tips and made sure our transportation was always on time. The breakfast buffet featured a delightful mix of Asian and Western cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed every morning.

i was SO looking forward to my stay, but the non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke, not exactly the extravagance i expected. also, the sauna was a complete disappintment—just sad. given these travesties, a complimentary upgrade would have been a nice touch, but alas, no such luck. i almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.

The time spent here was fantastic! I loved the variety of western and Asian dishes at breakfast – we just couldn't get enough. The room was spacious, making it easy for our son to sleep on the floor without us tripping over him. Plus, the hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating when we needed a ride to the airport, calling us an Uber when the shuttle didn't arrive. it's a solid choice for a family stay, especially if you're catching a flight nearby.

Convenient stay with great amenities

I had a pleasant experience during my short visit. The hotel is close to the metro exit, making it easy to navigate to the city and the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, and the in-room service was impressive, serving delicious meals promptly. The outdoor pool area was a nice touch too! One downside is that you do need to book the airport shuttle in advance, which can be a hassle if you're in a hurry.

great stay with minor inconveniences

I truly appreciated the helpfulness of staff, especially CoCo Zhong, who aided me significantly during my visit. The room was quiet and clean, making it an ideal place to rest after a long day. I enjoyed the garden view from my window, which added a lovely touch to my stay.

I found the location to be slightly isolated and not as accessible without transportation.

This hotel suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and a 24-hour reception. I fondly remember the staff bringing me a cold drink in the heat during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for my next trip.
